Does Optimus Cannabis grow, or process any of its own products?
No – Optimus Cannabis does not cultivate or process any cannabis products. Optimus Cannabis will source and provide Health Canada tested, regulated and approved cannabis products from our licensed partners/suppliers.
Do I need a doctor “Prescription” or “Medical Document” to order cannabis products from Optimus Cannabis?
Yes – In order to receive a Medical Cannabis Product under the Cannabis Act, it does require a Medical Document completed by a legal prescriber. We CANNOT sell you any products WITHOUT physician authorization.

Can I transfer my “Medical Document” to Optimus Cannabis?
Yes – Please email patientcare@optimuscannabis.ca and we will assist you in transferring your medical document from your current provider.
Does Optimus Cannabis Provide Compassionate Pricing?
We do not offer a compassionate program, as we feel many LPs mark up their products high, just to add the discount. Our intent is providing a variety of quality cannabis products from Nova Scotia and Canadian Producers with a small, modest mark-up. Our goal is to offer all our patients the best value we can on all our products. Do you bill Veteran’s Affair and NS WCB?
We are an approved provider for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC). We are currently in the process of becoming a provider for WCB-NS.
Can Optimus Cannabis deliver outside of Nova Scotia?
UPDATE: OCT 7, 2022 – We now have a processing license with Health Canada and are actively working with Canada Revenue Agency to acquire our excise stamps to allow us to ship to ALL provinces. Our goal is to be able to start this process by December 1, 2022 at the latest. Please email patientcare at optimuscannabis.ca if you are looking for frequent updates.
Can I pick-up my cannabis at the Optimus Cannabis site?
No – The Federal Cannabis Act prohibits “in-store” pick-up of medical cannabis products. It must be delivered either to your place of residence, or your physician’s office or to the address of your “designated person”.
Is there free shipping with Optimus Cannabis?
Shipping is free for orders over $125. Applicable Canada Posts rates apply otherwise.
Can I get a Medical Document Via Optimus Cannabis?

What sort of Cannabis Products do you sell?
We will be carrying different varieties of dried flower cannabis, a well as numerous non- inhalation products such as softgels, topicals, oral oils/liquids. etc.
How do I send an e-transfer as a payment?
1. Recipient’s email: ar@optimuscannabis.ca is associated with the recipient’s bank account. It ensures that the funds are sent to the correct recipient.

2. Amount to send: Enter the exact payment amount, including taxes or fees.

3. Personal message (optional): You can add a personal message to your Interac E-Transfer, such as a note about the payment’s purpose. Or the invoice number.
